Sometimes... you f*** up your bolts.  You didn't mean to do it but it still happened and you need to replace them.  You can go to the hardware store and search that entire wall and hope that the bolts and nuts in the bin are what they're labeled and not some random hardware pieces that Billy threw back in or you can just buy this kit.
